Villa Room Information´s

The Villa Baru is complete lavishly reconstructed in 2024. All indoor & outdoor installations are new. The Villa Baru is fully decorated with furniture’s in the French King Luis XVI. design; special made on order for the Villa Baru. All the rooms contains great oil paintings, which was made on order and dedicated decorations. The bath rooms include state of the art amenities, same as the fully equipped kitchen.

Living Room

The living room is the central area of the Villa Baru. The room contains a sitting area with digital smart TV 65″, dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Additional features are air-conditioning, ceiling fan, blind curtains, several sideboards with shelving space for clothing and guests’ personal belongings. The living room has a direct access to the master bed room, a Balinese laundry, a guest toilette and as well to the terrasse & swimming pool.

Master Bed Room

Features a King size bed with bedding, air-conditioning, private bathroom incl. bathtub & shower with towels, blind curtains, wardrobe with shelving and hanging space for clothing and a personal digital safe. The room has a direct access to the living room and the terrasse and swimming pool.

Guest Room 1

Features a King size bed with bedding, air-conditioning, private bathroom incl. shower with towels, blind curtains, office desktop, wardrobe with shelving and hanging space for clothing. The room has a direct access to the terrasse and swimming pool.

Guest Room 2

Features two single beds (can be combined to form a king size bed) with bedding, air-conditioning, private bath room incl. shower with towels, blind curtains, wardrobe with shelving and hanging space for clothing, chest of drawers and a digital smart TV 55″. The room has a direct access to the terrasse and swimming pool.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance payment should be paid 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled and the down payment will not be refund. Payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash or PayPal and shall be without deductions, bank fees, summation or assertion of the right of retentions. Once guest’s booking is confirmed, the price of the guest’s reservation is fully guaranteed to remain the same, even in the event that Villa Baru Team increases the price over the website or any other source after the guest’s booking has been confirmed.
